I have recently watched the movie Lake View Terrace with my boy friend John and i linked to a trailor to the movie above. I expected more from the movie from what I saw in the previews. I thought the movie was gouing to be scary and unpredictable. In my opinion the movie was predictable and not scary at all. The move was more humorous then anything. The movie was good however and I enjoyed watching it. I also found it interesting that it was filmed in Highlandpark. I saw many buildings that i recognized and streets that I recognize. The movie was about a couple movie into their first house and they are anxious and proud. They moved into a good neighborhood and cowincidently moved into a police officer form the LAPD. The couple consisted of a black girl and a white man. The officer next door was also black and did not like to see the white man with a black lady. He also did not like when white men try to act black. The cop made it very uncomfortable for the two and he also made it known that he did not want them there. The couple stayed regardless and tryed to work with him. After many attempts they gave up and began to hate him. The officer was a corrupt cop and worked with thugs on the street. The officer made an arrangement for a thug to break into their house when they were at a neighbors party he was also attending. The wife returned to the house alone and she was confronted by thr thug and she screamed. the officer and the man returned to house where he killed the intruder. The man discovered ut was him and the officer tried to kill him and his wife. He was soon killed by the LAPD down the street and so the movie ended. I did not really like the endig because it did not give much detail about the life of couple after that point. There were many funny parts in the movie as well as suspenseful parts. I would recommend this movie to people who are seeking to watch a funny movie. Overall it was a good movie just not what i expected.
